Active Manufacturing

Active Manufacturing is an ISO- and ITAR-registered contract manufacturer specializing in tight-tolerance, quick-turn prototyping and short-run metal stampings, springs, clips, and assemblies. We work with engineering on the front end of design to prove out designs using 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining and turning, 6-axis CO2 and fiber lasers, mechanical, hydraulic, and servo presses from one to 220 tons, EDM, mig, tig, laser, spot, and micro spot welding, and full inspection capabilities.  

We have the machinery and people to control all aspects of the process in house from tooling all the way through final forming stages, providing you with parts complete to print and ready to go in your final designs.
