Architectural Grille

Architectural Grille offers custom quality metal products with limitless design possibilities made in our 55,000-square-foot factory in Brooklyn. Using advanced technology, we can cut and punch complicated designs in a range of materials delivering quality products to residential, commercial, industrial, architectural, design, hospitality, medical, and educational markets. We can perforate/cut with extreme accuracy light (0.03125") to heavy (1.0") gauge materials in widths up to 60" and 120". 

Utilizing CNC punch, laser, and waterjet technologies, our capabilities include AutoCAD design, welding, bending, powder coating, and finishing, which can be applied to construction, interior design, decorative screening, logos, HVAC, noise control, sunscreens, building facades, infill panels, ceilings, furnishings, stair risers and treads, and screening and fencing.

Architectural Grille offers OEMs and contractors the following metal fabrication processes: perforating, notching, laser/plasma and Waterjet cutting, shearing, rolling, machining, welding, bending, CNC forming, and assembling in a variety of materials including, aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless steel, steel, copper, ABS, acrylic, plexiglass, Lucite, PMMA, paper, stone, glass, cloth, rubber, and wood. 

Fabrication finishes include satin, mirror polish, statuary, priming, anodizing, and powder coating. Antimicrobial powder coatings that inhibit the growth of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and algae are available.

Architectural Grille is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and supports sustainability by offering recycled aluminum and sourcing reclaimed materials to fabricate products.
