Cornaby's Specialty Foods is an independently owned food manufacturing plant in Payson, Utah. A large part of our business is co-packing for many retail and foodservice companies on hot-fill and cold-fill products, and we also have a "cook and chill" system for high-volume production and processing of any pumpable products.

The company can manufacture jams and and fruit spreads, spicy fruit sauces, pancake syrups, food thickeners, salad dressings and oils, instant jam mixes, nut butters, smoothie mixes, bakery fruit fillings, ice cream toppings, jalapeno relish, chili sauce, salsa, and pickles. The operation is set up for sugar-free, non-GMO and gluten-free products.
