Design Metal Manufacturing

Design Metal Manufacturing has been in operation in Fort Collins, Colorado, since 1986 and has been supplying our customers with great service, quality products and competitive pricing. We offer complete services for sheet metal, machining, welding, finishing, and assembly.

Our objective is to provide our customers with as turnkey a process as possible from design to the finished part or assembly. In our sheet metal department, we have a 4kw laser, 5-axis waterjet, forming with press brakes up to 12 feet and 175 tons, and a 9ga 126" CNC panel bender, rolling and pem installation. In our machining department, we have multiple 3-axis vertical milling centers and multiple lathes for turning. We are very comfortable mig and tig welding mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and exotics. We now have powder-coating capabilities up to 8' x 8' x 12' long in-house.
