Medium to Heavy Steel Fabrication Services Available

Leitner-Poma of America, located on a 14-acre facility in Grand Junction, near Interstate 70, primarily engineers, fabricates, and installs ski lifts for the North American market. Equipped for medium to heavy steel fabrication, we have additional time available to take on outside work in September and October 2020. See equipment and capabilities below. Pre Fabrication Processes:

-2 x CNC Saws for steal shapes and tubes. Up to 18”. -1 x CNC Laser with 5’x10’ table up to 1/2” thick with precision of .01” -1 x CNC 5 Axis plasma with 10’ x 20’ table up to 2” thick with beveling capabilities. -1 x CNC plasma / torch with 10’ x 20’ table up to 4” thick.

Fabrication Processes:

-Machining Shop 8800 ft^2 -4 x CNC 3 Axis mills -4 x CNC Lathes -Long reach manual drill center -CNC press brake. Up to 10’ length material

-Weld Shop 17700 ft^2 -20 AWS Certified Mig welders. -Largest area set up for 20’ wide x 50’ long. -10 Ton overhead cranes throughout weld shop.

Paint and Sandblast

-1 x Sand Blast booth 23’ x 70’ -1 x Paint Booth with heated drying cycle 23’ x 70’ -1 x Paint Booth with heated drying cycle 28’ x 60’

Assembly Bay 4200 ft^2 -Large assembly bay with 2 x 20 ton overhead cranes. Set up for heavy machinery assembly.
