Qualtek manufactures high quality specialty metal components and parts by providing vertically integrated tool and die, metal stamping, and metal finishing services at their Colorado Springs location.

Qualtek Manufacturing is privately held and has been in operation for more than 50 years. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification and has been designated as Gold Leader in the Environmental Leadership Program (ELP) of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Most recently, Qualtek has developed a near-fine blank process for tight tolerance high volume stamping applications requiring accuracy down to 0.0002”, successfully replacing more expensive and time-consuming fine blank parts manufactured on a traditional Fine Blank press or via machining operations.

Qualtek's rich history of manufacturing with various processes, material types and the ability to take a project from concept to production has made it the single source supplier of choice for OEMs and Tier 1 medical device manufacturers. Qualtek has developed custom, proprietary metal finishing processes for stainless steel and aluminum parts giving their customers a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
